When your rest and exercise have been optimized, including making sure that you get enough quality sleep, you can then move on to making sure that your nutrition is as it should be. There are nutrients which have proven effective in dealing with fatigue, and these can really be considered fatigue remedies to the extent that they will help as part of a consistent dietary plan. The B vitamin complex is vitally important for keeping energy levels high, and vitamins A and E boost the immune system. Vitamin C, the cleanser, can also play a part in removing toxins which can cause lethargy.

Although these fatigue remedies can be effective in isolation, they work best when they are used together and as part of a consistent dietary system.
